We purchased a 4-pack of these Wi-Fi Smart Plugs a few years ago and have used them for automating the lighting of our Christmas trees, under -the-cabinet lights, and other lighting throughout the house. They've worked great, so when we identified additional uses for smart plugs we ordered another 4-pack. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, there were only 3 plugs in the package. We've contacted Customer Service and they seemed to be very responsive, but so far we have not received the 4th plug. We have our fingers crossed that it will arrive soon.
Never received order. Tracking still shows in transit for 10 days.

I really like these. We have about 80-90 of them. We use the SmartLife app with these devices. We also use Alexa for voice control. The Alexa voice control thing works most of the time but not enough of the time to have much confidence in it. It is a, "speak and hope thing". I can't figure out where the problem/s are. Alexa is not known for playing well with others and sometimes not even its own devices. But the SmartLife apps works well.
So far ... SO great! I've been using these Smart Plugs (I have 4 in use so far, with 2 more on their way!) for around a month now... sufficient time to evaluate. I think they are simply amazing! No more confusing, inconsistent independent electronic "timers" -- so far these Plugs do everything as advertised. I was a little concerned as sometimes my wi-fi can be spotty where I live, although, I do have very high-speed wifi. But so far, these 4 plugs in all four positions have worked spotlessly!! And I can't wait to integrate a couple more soon.
The Plugs and the app are very easy to set up. And these are definitely the best present answer for timers and energy efficiency.

Good product for using the app but we have had a 50% failure over short periods of time when using Alexa to control them. I contacted support and went thru the whole disconnect / reconnect process and had similar results the 2nd time. We are going to purchase different solutions.
I have been using this brand of smart plugs for many years and they are great and reliable! Easiest connect to wi-fi ! Has made my life a breeze!!
Please add back the feature to change the icon. Need to be able to identify the lamps associated with each icon by picture of lamp and add back the ability to move the icons around in the app. Otherwise works fine.
I have paired the smart plugs with my Alexa. Pairing and connecting the two and name in them for Alexa was intuitive. I would recommend them to anyone witching’s to move in the direction of providing some technology to those who are looking to create a smart home. Easy to understand directions.
Literally THE only smart plug that works with Alexa Timing is an awesome feature because if internet is down Lights still work
I couldn't get these sockets to work, but now I got them to work, and they are so easy to set up. My sister was also able to them up. And she is not a person to set this type of things. So yeah glad I took the time to figure it out.
These smart plugs work great and integrate well with Google home and other smart devices.
I ordered the four 110 volt round Wi-Fi plugs
3 of them work good but one will not stay online
So 75% of what I payed for works and 25% is dead.
It would be nice if you could send me one replacement one.

I love my smart plugs! I can’t imagine life without them! Using one for my Christmas tree and lights!
We have 90+ Gosund plugs. Many plugs control lights for artwork or general lighting from table lamps. Five plugs control bug lights - no use having bug lights on during the day. We also have Gosund wall switches - very handy in a dark basement when your hands are full or dirty. Ten plugs control fans throughout the house.
