Fraudulent and deceptive. I order Gosund switches, but you guys sent me Ghome switches, which requires a different app than the existing one I have.
I will never do business with you guys again, you’re too deceptive.
This is a nice product. Shipped very quickly. But I bought it back in January, and just got around to installing in the first week of March. I had forgotten the company from whom I bought it, because I get a lot of materials in and out from various vendors. The only hint at all of where it comes from is a G in the middle of the QR code that sent me to Gosund. Yinz trying to hide?
I have it on a couple of lamps LED and they are appearing to work from one percent to 100.
As I was fiddling around with getting it, logged in, Alexa had already discovered it and told me it was in the system, which was nice. Time will tell if it’ll last, but with the price and the ease of installation, it’s a no Hesitation, kind of thing. If you have 12 gauge wiring and a couple of conductors together, you will need larger wire nuts. JSYK.
Perfect timer! I wish gosund would make them in an almond color to match my other switches and outlets. Other wise it would've been a 5 star review.
This was a replacement unit for unit installed in my kitchen that lost ability to pair and would not turn off,Replacement works like the old unit,and is fully functional.

The switch works great! It was easy to install and linked up to the alexa with the go sund app work no issues. We use the plugs and this is ourfirst light switch.
Although all connections for both smart switches were confirmed to be correct by my electrician who installed them, they would not show power for quite some time. Eventually the switches came online with power and now they are working. Your instructions for connecting with Google should be updated because instead of Google Assistant, which would not let me add the devices, I was able to add them via Google Home.
This was very easy to install and program. I did have a little problem with the amount of load I could put on the switch. (How many and what wattage bulbs.) It is a 5amp switch. So far it has been great!
The products are good, but the delivery’s are bad, incomplete. I received only half of my order.
I love gosund smart dimmer switches, and they work perfectly. However, I made a recent purchase including a smart ceiling light and dimmer switch, and only the switch shipped. The light was removed from the website. I tried contacting the email listed on their website multiple times with no response. I had to reach out to gosund thru Amazon, and they gave me an email not listed on the main gosund website. I did receive a response, and ended up with a refund for a product I had purchased 2 weeks earlier. My opinion is super mixed on their customer support.
I am loving our regular smart switches by Gosund so I am sure I will love the dimmers as well. I can not wait to get them installed in my basement for our game room.
Dimmers are installed and configured very easily. Works very well with Alexa and Gosund. Controlled by phone, Alexa voice, or just a touch of your finger. Brightness range from 0 to 100% depending on the quality of your bulb. The light bulb must be dimmable. Installed in bedrooms and other rooms where dimmers are needed. I am very satisfied with the purchase. 2 way not 3 way!!!
