    The unit installed easily, but after a day, the device was removed from the app. The only way to add it back in is to do a factory reset. I then have to re-enter all the family members back into the lock via the app and lock. A day later, it is automatically removed again. Is this normal or a defect?

    I love it it, i don't have to use the key to unlock or locked my door only i use my the one say locked or use my phone to locked the door & i event my own with 5 volt charges without no battery or USB

    Nice looking, fairly easy to program except for adding entry codes... Still can't figure that out. Lock is worth much more than the price, I've bought others at 100 and 150$ each and neither would connect with wifi like they claimed. This thing really works.

    Nice looking lock, finger print enabled, key back up and app to lock it unlock, fairly easy to program. Still haven't figured out how to add to an access number. Well worth the money. I've tried 2 others, 1 @100$1@150$ and neither worked with wifi as claimed.
