Nice looking lock, finger print enabled, key back up and app to lock it unlock, fairly easy to program. Still haven't figured out how to add to an access number. Well worth the money. I've tried 2 others, 1 @100$1@150$ and neither worked with wifi as claimed.

These locks are great, and I’m so impressed that I’m changing all the locks in my house. You can’t go wrong with these locks because they’re very sturdy and well-built.

I really like this device! The only complaint I have thus far is, when you have the auto lock feature active, it does not know if the door is actually closed prior to engaging the deadbolt. So then you'll have to unlock it again before being able to close the door

As for the product, I give it a 2 out of 5 because the most important thing is the device's battery, and it only lasts 6 months. After that, you have to throw the device away because you can't find a replacement battery, not even on the seller's official website. This is a scam, in my opinion. I bought two, and they no longer work, leaving my house unprotected and without security.

The lock runs fine, the battery pack is a weak point. They do not sell replacement battery packs, when the rechargeable battery pack gets weak from being recharged as all rechargeable batteries do GHome doesn't sell replacement battery packs. So when the battery pack no longer will charge for any reason you have no way to replace the battery pack. You will have a manual deadbolt again, I have called multiple times and get the same answer every time I call. I do not recommend this product till GHome starts to make replacement battery packs. There are a lot of WiFi deadbolts on the market, before you buy check to make sure the product you buy sells replacement battery packs for their product.

Be careful you only get a single light. I thought there came as a pair. They deceive you when you are shopping
I would have gone with Hue if I was planning on spending that much on one single light. Now only have one corner of room filled I was planning for two

I can say that is a very great item , I hade nothing but problems,
A work for a while and stop working ,
I tried to reprogram but a dint worked. I contacted support,and we went back and forth
To see what the problem was,to the point they sent me a new one. A work fine until now,
I am having the same identical problem.
So I at this point will throw thi lock in the trash.
Tha was a west of money.

I can say it is a good item, I had problems with the first one , after going back and forth with customer support they decided to give me a new one, now I am having the same problem

I order a box of 4 smart switches. I am replacing my timer switches that control my outdoor lighting. I was constantly needing to adjust the on and off time as the length of the day changed. The new switches were easy to install, although I chose to use a local electrician due to other items that needed to be address. Pairing the switches with the app was easy. Programming the scenes for on times based on sunset events and scheduled off times was very intuitive.

DO NOT BUY DOESNT CONNECT TO TV IT REALLY SUCKS AND YOU CANT RETUR IT NO ONE ANSWERS ONLY ORDER ON AMAZON BECAUSE YOU CAN ACTUALY RETURN IT - besides the video I posted it never moves from there BUY GOVEE!

Outdoor plugs are a great upgrade to old fashion timer or solar sensor outdoor plugs. Very easy to set up in GHome app and can be controlled to turn on and off, etc according to sunrise or sunset in your exact location of other events. Best to use the upper outlet of an outdoor GFI outlet with a vertical orientation based on the design of plug on the GHome outdoor plug

Lock arrived earlier than promised. I was able to install as replacement of existing dead bolt lock within 1 hour. Operates perfectly. Overall I am very pleased
With my GHome outlets, security cameras and lock. App is easy to use once you become familiar with the features and options.

Great product. Easy to set up and very inexpensive for what it does.
