Amazing bio metric lock! Easy to install and set up. Most importantly this is a high quality lock by design and manufacture. I’m both amazed and impressed in the quality of the construct. Great access options key, being scan or code, mobile access and alerts! Great value and safety features for any circumstance. A winner in my book.
Nice build quality and so far the palm reader has performed well. Still unable to get it to connect to the app/network. Contacted support but did not receive a response. Not my first Gosund/GHome product so lack of support not surprising. Bottom line is company makes decent products, but support tends to be scarce.

The lock runs fine, the battery pack is a weak point. They do not sell replacement battery packs, when the rechargeable battery pack gets weak from being recharged as all rechargeable batteries do GHome doesn't sell replacement battery packs. So when the battery pack no longer will charge for any reason you have no way to replace the battery pack. You will have a manual deadbolt again, I have called multiple times and get the same answer every time I call. I do not recommend this product till GHome starts to make replacement battery packs. There are a lot of WiFi deadbolts on the market, before you buy check to make sure the product you buy sells replacement battery packs for their product.
I can say it is a good item, I had problems with the first one , after going back and forth with customer support they decided to give me a new one, now I am having the same problem

A work for a while and stop working ,
I tried to reprogram but a dint worked. I contacted support,and we went back and forth
To see what the problem was,to the point they sent me a new one. A work fine until now,

So I at this point will throw thi lock in the trash.
Tha was a west of money.
So far, the only reliable part of all 3 locks is the app to lock and unlock. Only a few times has the pin code actually worked and I am still working on getting the palm portion to be reliable. Another issue is the battery that other purchasers have commented on. The units come with a charge and it lasted several months. Once it needs a charge, I am lucky to get a week out of it, most of the time less.
What is the trick to charging the batteries and actually have them last as long as they did when they arrived?
