Lock arrived earlier than promised. I was able to install as replacement of existing dead bolt lock within 1 hour. Operates perfectly. Overall I am very pleased

I really like this device! The only complaint I have thus far is, when you have the auto lock feature active, it does not know if the door is actually closed prior to engaging the deadbolt. So then you'll have to unlock it again before being able to close the door

As for the product, I give it a 2 out of 5 because the most important thing is the device's battery, and it only lasts 6 months. After that, you have to throw the device away because you can't find a replacement battery, not even on the seller's official website. This is a scam, in my opinion. I bought two, and they no longer work, leaving my house unprotected and without security.

I use to have the KD10 SE and you can add and delete password all all times which I love way better. Camera is good but not necesary because I already have ring cameras

We could not be more pleased with this amazing combo of lock, video and doorbell. Install was straight forward. Our prior security company doorbell was frequently malfunctioning and we were shopping for a keypad/fingerprint deadbolt. Perfect mesh of technology.

Build quality and features are great. I have been using lot of GSmart Home products like switches sockets, Bulbs etc. installation was breeze. Unlock using Finger scanner is quick. Permanent code , one time code features. Traditional key. I was worried about getting locked out due to battery ran out of juice, like the external charging facility in case of emergency. I do not know battery life yet, but not worried much as it has facility recharge.

Works fine (lock and fingerprint sensor). A little surprised it does not appear to have Google Assistant or Alexa integration. I only had it a week so can't make a judgment on battery life. I have not figured out when it will record a video or a still image. I still have not figured out the remote chime. It May be user error because I no longer have the install instructions. I assumed it was just plug it in to USB power and it just works.

I bought this because I like their products and have used the switches and plugs for years. This is an early review as I haven't had it long enough to give a thorough review. The good things? It is an all in one unit, doorbell, camera, lock. The bad? The directions to set it up are poorly done. I had a hard time connecting it to my wifi, the "scan image" didn't work and I had to do it manually, through trial and error. It doesn't have an sd card, so if you want to keep videos you have to subscribe to their service. The fingerprint assignment is a little confusing as you have to touch and remove your finger several times, but it only tells you to remove it once and if not done again it will default to the main menu. The fingerprint reader is pretty accurate, though, and the lock, unlock and code feature are pretty straight forward. While I managed to connect it to my google account (I already had gosund on my phone, is the same outfit as ghome), but I can't get google to operate it yet, or open the video. All in all, not a bad lock for the price, the idea for a combined doorbell, lock and videocam is great, it still needs a bit of work to get a 4 or 5 star rating. Depending on what you need, this could be a good buy for you.

Installation was straight forward. Setup was fairly easy. Function is good. My only issue with this is that it does not detect movement no matter what setting of sensitivity it is set on. The doorbell has to be pushed in order for you to be notified of a visitor.
