    You can use USB+Type C port for emergency unlocking and charging. Or unlock it with the mechanicakey, which comes with the lock

    This door lock has a built-in 400mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Battery life varies from 8 to 12months. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

    Can I mute the lock volume?

    Yes, you can mute keypad and fingerprint reminder buzzer in the App, but it can't mute electric motor.
