    This door lock has a built-in 400mAh rechargeable lithium battery. Battery life varies from 8 to 12months. It takes about 3 hours to fully charge.

    Can I mute the lock volume?

    Yes, you can mute keypad and fingerprint reminder buzzer in the App, but it can't mute electric motor.

    I bought 2 smart locks for my house. 1 for the front door and 1 for the back door. Everybody is so happy that we do have to use keys. They're very affordable and, easy to install

    Unit was very easy to install. I do have problems with setting up codes for family members but in reading other reviews, I feel that the problem is with me. I intend to buy another lock for my front door.

    Works great now but couldn't get the door knob to stay connected via the Ghome app. Ended up using the Tuya app for the door knob and Ghome app for deadbolt. Not ideal but it works now.

    I messed up my order and support was excellent. When the lockset arrived, it was installed and working within 20 minutes. So far it is excellent.
